Registration Desk

The registration desks will be open on Tuesday, April 20, from 8am to 5pm. At Radisson SAS, the registration desk will be located in the hotel lobby, ground floor.
At Vienna Marriott, the registration desk will be located in front of the presentation rooms, first floor.
You will receive your name badge for the workshop you registered for as well as a voucher for lunch at the registration desk.

Workshop Facilities

All workshop rooms are equipped with a video beamer and a scree. An overhead projector and a presentation notebook (windows or mac) can be made available on request.
Radisson SAS offers in some areas access to WLAN on a prepaid base. Please contact the hotel for further information.
During the days of the main conference (Apr 21-23) wired and wireless internet access will be provided free of charge at the conference site.

Coffee Breaks and Lunches

Morning Coffee Break: 10:30-11:00
Lunch: 12:30-14:00
Afternoon Coffee Break: 15:30-16:00
For participants of workshops 1, 2, and 3 coffee breaks and lunches will be served at Hotel Marriott.
For participants of workshops 4, 5, 6, 7, and for tutorial participants coffee breaks and lunches will be served at Radisson SAS.
You will receive a map showing the locations of all rooms / service areas at the registration desk.
